Items removed from the bag are not available for a full refund and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of returns to the factory, products are subject to evaluation and a final determination regarding any applicable refund will be made at that time. You will be contacted by customer service and informed of the result of the evaluation and other relevant details.

Items with part numbers beginning with three (3) and nine (9) are non-returnable.

If you need to return your product for any reason, please complete the RMA Form. Fill out the form completely. Place the form in the container with the product (properly pack to prevent damage) and ship, freight prepaid, to the factory.
